Mocca Food Co will kick off construction of a logistics center at the end of July. The center covers an area of 4,785 square meters with a building area of 10,895 sq m. The whole project is expected to be completed by April 2014.

In 2011, Mocca Food set up its R&D and sales headquarter, which is engaged in research, marketing and financial settlement in the country.

With a height of nearly 13.3 meters, the project is situated to the east of Xuezhao Road. It is designed with a level-two fire resistance and waterproof rating that can also endure a magnitude 7.0 earthquake.
