The fourth Kunshan Electrical and Electronic Expo (Kunshan Expo) ended successfully in the International Exhibition Hall of Huaqiao International Service Business Park on July 9.

The expo attracted over 5,000 enterprises and more than 6,000 buyers from over 20 countries and regions. There were 1,337 booths set up in the exhibition area covering 45,000 square meters. The number of visitors hit 58,000, a record high since the first exhibition in 2010.

Organizers arranged three news conferences and seven themed forums for industrial representatives to share their insights on the current situation and future developments of global industries.

During the fair, the transaction volume already brought in $390 million. The total is expected to rise to $1.6 billion, an increase of 30 percent over the previous one.

Known for its global expertise, the expo has won wide acclaim and has been regarded as one of the most influential exhibitions for the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai area, attracting numerous foreign corporations.

In addition, the exhibition has been improved in terms of investment, exhibition layout and on-site coordination. Visitors from both home and abroad approve of the event.
