Construction of Zhongyu International Building, which concerns an area of 18,000 square meters and is located in the Huaqiao International Business Service Park, recently started.

The project of JiangSu Zhongyu Property Investment Limited – involving a total construction area of about 140,000 square meters including the above ground floor area of 117,000 sq m and underground construction area of 23,000 sq m - is set to become a landmark building in Huaqiao.
