In an attempt to promote urbanization, Huaqiao International Service Business Park is aiming to focus on improving people's livelihood in general – and, more specifically, to promote a sustainable increase of farmers' incomes this year.

Huaqiao aims to increase the capital share of the Fumin Agricultural Cooperative and expand the cooperative's businesses to ensure an investment return of 10 percent for farmers.

Boosting the village collective economy, Huaqiao will increase farmers' revenue from earnings of the local agricultural cooperatives.

Huaqiao will also help local farmers in the villages of Dongjing, Shangan, Jincheng and Jishan, sublet their lands

With the aim of encouraging residents to start their own businesses, the local authorities will build service centers to provide information and technical services for budding entrepreneurs through a standardized, simple and fair work system.
