Youzhan Cultural and Creative Industrial Park signed contracts with 11 enterprises, including Thunder Networking Technology and Guangzhou Aipai Network Technology, at an investment fair held in Huaqiao on Jan 16.

Located in the center of Huaqiao International Service Business Park, Youzhan covers an area of 35,000 square meters and was jointly developed around an "entertainment is a lifestyle" concept. Its main developers include game operators and game interface enterprises that have over 90 percent share of the Chinese market. The park has contracted with several digital giants, including China’s biggest online game operator Tencent, leading online game developer Shanda Interactive Entertainment, and popular game operator Tiancity. Youzhan will extend its enterprise chain by cooperating with upstream and downstream firms, turning the park into a high-end digital entertainment flagship in the Yangze River Delta.

Additionally, Youzhan will build a world-class e-sports center in order to develop an overall digital entertainment industry covering innovation, research and development, industry incubation, education, design, exhibition and business fairs.
