The Labor and Social Security Bureau of Huaqiao held a conference on labor employment of private SMEs in Lide Enterprise Park on Dec 25.

The conference is aimed at regulating labor employment of private enterprises by providing them with knowledge of labor laws. The speaker, who takes charge of labor disputes, had delivered lessons on items related to Labor and Social Security for HR departments. He analyzed cases dealing with staff recruitment, labor contracts, and payoffs.

The conference has publicized its labor policies, which guarantee employees’ rights and promote harmonious labor relations for the enterprise park.

Lide Enterprise Park has 57 private enterprises, covering various industries such as hardware, printing and electronics.
