Lin Join-sane, chairman of the Taipei-based Straits Exchange Foundation, visited the HuaDong Children School for Taiwan Businessmen in Kunshan on Oct 12.
He toured the Taiwan cultural education center, playground and gymnasium of the school and inquired about the enrollment and other information about the school. He attended a meeting relating to the education and employment of Taiwan business people’s children. He spoke with parents about the children’s studies and daily lives.
The HuaDong Children School for Taiwan Businessmen was founded in 2001, and is the second school funded by Taiwan businesses in the Chinese mainland.
