On Nov 19, Du Daocun, deputy president of Kunshan Customs, met 30 customs representatives from more than 30 imports and exports enterprises in Huaqiao.

He offered a detailed interpretation of the No 45 announcement issued by the General Administration of Customs in 2012. Sixteen regulations listed in the announcement aim to promote international trade by reducing customs clearance costs for enterprises.
