The first preparatory meeting for the fourth China Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Outsourcing Summit was held on Aug 27. Qian Fangli, director of the China Service Outsourcing Center and Zhang Zhenyue, deputy director of the management committee of the Huaqiao Economic Development Zone, attended the meeting.

The summit will take into consideration the global economic background, the current situation in the financial services and outsourcing industry, and Huaqiao’s industrial development, according to Qian. The summit is expected to seek opportunities for domestic financial services and the outsourcing industry, promote Kunshan’s long-term growth in the industry, and develop the area as China’s top brand. At the preparatory meeting, a series of issues, including the summit’s theme, form, size, goals and detailed responsibilities, were discussed and decided.

The China BFSI Outsourcing Summit was initiated and has been held three times by the Huaqiao International Service Business Park. It has received positive responses from the financial services sector at home and abroad and is crowned as China’s most influential meeting in the industry.
