Wicresoft South Delivery Center, founded by Shanghai Wicresoft Co. Ltd., was formally unveiled in the Huaqiao International Service Business Park on Aug 20. The opening ceremony was attended by: Shen Huafei and Zhang Zhenyue, deputy directors of the management committee of Huaqiao, and Zhang Hetao, president of Shanghai Wicresoft.

Wicresoft, a national leading ITO and BPO supplier, has 12 operation centers worldwide and a network of delivery centers covering Asia, North America and Europe. The delivery center in Huaqiao has an investment of 50 million yuan ($7.9 million) and deals with ITO, BPO, consultancy and implementation of IT solutions, talent training and dispatch, software research and development, and system integration. Wicresoft hopes to establish its business center in Shanghai and delivery center in Huaqiao. By 2015, the delivery center is expected to have 3,000-5,000 staff members and earn 450 million yuan yearly, with $3.2 million from offshore outsourcing services.
