“Three-cooperation” organizations in rural areas are new ways to enrich rural workers. In recent years, Huaqiao International Service Business Park has paid great attention to developing the organizations through innovative measures.

First, strict verification of awards. Early this year, Huaqiao verified a tax reduction of 2.34 million yuan for 15 rural worker-enriching cooperatives and 15 community share-holding cooperatives in 2011, and verified a bonus of 2.24 million yuan to three cooperatives in 2011.

Second, standard registration management. Huaqiao has organized 15 rural worker-enriching cooperatives to register with the Administration of Industry and Commerce.

Last, frequent training. During the first half of 2012, Huaqiao has carried out trainings on agriculture and finance for rural financial staff to gain in-depth understanding of policies, finance and accounting.
