Xia Xiaoliang, the deputy mayor of the city of Kunshan, Jiangsu province, joined the heads of municipal construction, discipline and supervision, planning, and transportation departments in paying a visit to the Cross-Strait Trade Cooperation Zone, located in Kunshan's Huaoqiao International Service Business Park, on April 7, to get a closer look at the construction work there.

Another part of the visits was a conference on progress in the construction work and an exchange of opinions. One suggestion from the conference was that all the departments understand the importance of the project and increase their cooperation and support to ensure progress in the zone construction efforts.
