Huaqiao Talent Apartments has been granted the “one-star green building certification” by the Jiangsu Provincial Urban and Rural Development and Construction Bureau.

Huaqiao Talent Apartments, located in Huaqiao International Service Business Park, is the second unit to get this certification after the World Finance Tower.

Huaqiao International Service Business Park has 1 million square meters of green buildings, all of which abide to an energy-saving criterion. It will have 7 million square meters of green buildings by the end of 2015.

Huaqiao Talent Apartments employ energy-saving and environmental-friendly technology, including the use of 30 mm thick foam extrusion insulation boards, low-e hollow glass and solar water heating system. The technology allows the program to achieve the energy conservation rate of 62.5%

In 2009, Huaqiao carried out four energy conservation model programs, including the Huaqiao Talent Apartments..

In 2010, it implemented four batches of programs: green functional model programs, advanced green statistic center programs, office programs and green community model programs.
