The 2010 Cross-Straits Forum on the Training of Financial Outsourcing Talents was held at Silicon Lake College (Guihu College) in Huaqiao, Kunshan on Dec. 23, the first forum of its kind.

With the goal of enhancing the quality of HR training and growing the financial outsourcing industry, the forum attracted many experts and scholars in the field and provided them with a free platform on which to exchange their views on major building, curricular setting and training modes in the financial outsourcing industry. Li Ruoshan, professor from Shanghai-based Fudan University delivered a speech on “the standard and training mode of financial outsourcing HR.” Liu Sujuan and Chen Hongji, both from Taiwan’s Chaoyang University of Technology, each gave a speech, talking about training experience and the chain style of training.

This forum offers a platform for enhancing communication and cooperation between talent builders and talent hunters, creating a new path for both to nurture the human resources of the financial outsourcing industry.
