To improve the people’s living standard, Huaqiao decides to improve the standard of public service to ensure the system cover the majority of the public general. Several measures and approaches have been adopted to ensure the goal.

First of all, to provide the public the service of convince, efficiency and top quality with one service center in which all the devices and other elements needed are offered there.

In the second place, to ensure the appropriation of funds for those projects and to obey the rules and regulations concerned to guarantee the operation of building up a sound and stable public service system.

Finally, it is to assign proper workforce in this area and to train those employees to be more competent to accomplish their tasks.
