Huaqiao Park was selected to become a park of green IT services and social responsibilities at the International Green IT service Cooperation Forum & 2010 China-Europe CIO Summit held in Beijing on June 26-27.

This award is given by the organizers of the forum, the UN Enterprise Evaluation Association, China Economy and Information magazine and other major professional organizations. The committee makes an appraisal of Chinese enterprises and individuals and assesses their contribution to environmental protection through the application of green IT services. Based on the results of their research, the awards go to different economic sectors in terms of Green IT application, Green IT service and Green IT development.

In addition, the forum provided an important platform for Chinese outsourcing companies to exchange with their counterparts in other parts of the world. There they could have a face-to-face discussion with their potential partners on the sidelines of the forum.

The Green IT service is transforming the minds of global CIOs. Huaqiao Park, as an emerging industrial attraction, is committed to developing green IT industry and building a low-carbon city. It also will meet the growing needs of different companies for green technologies, green energy and green IT service.
