Leaders of global top ten IT corporations including Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, HP, etc. and executives from outstanding outsourcing companies gathered at a service outsourcing base of French Capgemini Group to discuss future cooperation. Presented Zhang Guohua, secretary of the CPC Kunshan Municipal Committee and also secretary of the CPC Huaqiao Economic Development Zone Working Committee, Guan Aiguo, deputy secretary of the CPC Kunshan Municipal Committee and also mayor of Kunshan Municipality, and Ren Xueyuan, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Kunshan Municipal Committee and also director of the Administrative Commission of the Kunshan Huaqiao Economic Development Zone.

When answered questions put by enterprise leaders, Zhang made a vivid analogy, that is, as for industries in the Park, Capgemini and NSK R&D center are like the brain, China Data Group the hand and Tangram Customer Interaction Center the mouth, and all of them, totally invested 10 billion yuan, constitute a financial service outsourcing industrial chain. Guan Aiguo said the Park will take steps to pull in talents for a better industrial growth.
