The Customer (Enterprise) Service Center at the Huaqiao International Service Business Park has been busy compiling a guidebook offering useful tips and information to better serve local enterprises.
Eighteen stores have signed contracts with the center so far to appear in the guidebook, including E-mart, McDonalds, Jinjiang Inn and Hualian Supermarket. Some drugstores have also signed contracts to be included in the guidebook, which will clearly state what preferential services are provided for customers.
The guidebook will be released to local residents and enterprises. Customer (Enterprise) Service Center member cards will also be released together with the guidebook, which offer holders ten to fifty discounts at stores listed.
The Customer (Enterprise) Service Center spent several months selecting a group of notable service stores and compiled their information into the guidebook. They are currently persuading more service stores to join in.
