In an effort to attract top-tier talent, Huaqiao is building two new apartment buildings.

The construction of the first phase of the talent apartment A will begin at the end of 2008 with the basic construction finished by September, 2010. The talent apartment A will be ready to live in by May, 2010. The construction of the first phase of the talent apartment B began at the beginning of this year, and basic construction will be completed by the end of this year.

The apartments are divided into different parts according to the type of people who will live there. Huaqiao International Service Business Park contains single rooms and doubles rooms as well as standard suites, which will mainly used for business training and business trip. Huaqiao has also equipped the various facilities for interaction, leisure and entertainment, including fitness center, western food restaurant, a café, a retail supermarket and a laundry center.
