The construction department in Cao’an Street is required by Chen Wenrong, deputy director of the managing committee of Huaqiao economic development zone, to further communicate and cooperate with the community government in the process of constructing the basic infrastructure so as to better serve the local people.

Chen Wenrong also put forward three other pieces of advice. One is to strengthen the audit on the blueprint so as to ensure the regular work of new facilities once they are put into use. The second urged the construction team to keep the developments’ quality, velocity, cost and security in control. The third involves setting up a better management system, of which the supervision is at the core.
