The main parts of the second phase of Shunyang Apartment project, including the construction of 16868.5 m2 of Building 5 and 5027.2 m2 of Building 6, have finished.

The main buildings have also been completed, with most polishing soon to follow.

The project is expected to be completed at the end of this August and put into use before the 2010 Spring Festival.

There are 391 rooms in the two buildings, 302 in Building 5 and 89 in Building 6. Each room, equipped with a toilet, a bathroom, an air conditioner and a network interface, can hold up to four people. In addition, there is a public toilet, a public bathroom, a laundry and a water boiler at every floor.
