Working with the Kunshan City government, Tangram Customer Interaction Center (TCIC) is in the midst of building a 5,000-seat capacity outsourcing call center, one of the largest outsourcing call centers in China, in the Huaqiao International Service Business Park.
The Kunshan Huaqiao-based call center has a total investment of one billion Yuan and a building area of 150,000 ㎡. While the office is under construction, TCIC has set up a 300-seat trial operation, offering financial consultation, marketing research and telephone marketing, at a temporary office building of the greenbelt headquarters in the Huaqiao International Service Business Park. According to statistics, the demand for call center services has soared since the financial crisis took place.
In recent times TCIC has served a lot of global top 500 enterprises. TCIC also set up a 400-seat call center platform in Shanghai and supplied interaction call center services to more than 30 famous enterprises both home and abroad, including TNT (a Fortune 500 company with headquarters in the Netherlands, and the leading global provider of Express and Mail services), Japan’s OKI Electric Industry Co., Ltd. and Shanghai cable TV network operator OCN. It has successfully operated more than 300 hundred projects.
