On April 30, The Customers (enterprises) Service Center of Huaqiao International Service Business Park formally opened. The center will further integrate service resources, improving service images, shaping the customer service experience, and provide one-stop, wide-ranging and uninterrupted services, which will help “speed up” business services.
Providing high quality and efficient service is the eternal theme of government. From “five major platforms” and “four mechanisms” to the process of “whole recycling”, service-oriented innovation is what the Customers (enterprises) Service Center focuses on. The Customer Service Center will redefine the meaning of services at a higher level, innovating the concept of service and expanding various services to accelerate passive service upgrades to active services. Individual services will be upgraded to system services, and upgrades will be done on traditional services to professional services. Once the Customers (enterprises) Service Center is established, it will be used to integrate a wide range of services in the region and coordinate resources, helping customers (enterprises) solve practical problems as soon as possible.
