A six-day exhibition on real estate and automobiles was completed in Ruzhou, Central China's Henan province. During the exhibition, the exhibitors sold 41 apartments and 111 vehicles. The total sales reached up to 40 million yuan ($6.54 million).

During the closing ceremony, the exhibition committee issued awards to exhibiting enterprises. The awards included the top ten real estate agents, the top ten property consultants, and the top ten sales consultants.

The ceremony was held by Wei Fushen, deputy director of Ruzhou's Administration for Industry and Commerce (AIC). Pan Guangchen, director of Ruzhou's AIC, Xia Rongtie, deputy director of Ruzhou's Publicity Department, and other government officials attended the ceremony. Heads and representatives of exhibiting enterprises were also in attendance.
