Runfeng Food Co, Ltd is located in Zhifang town, Ruzhou city. Zhifang is an agricultural town with a large population of 80,000 people and is also one of the largest cereal production bases. Based on sufficient resources, the Party Committee of Zhifang town and the local government established the Ruzhou Runfeng Food Co, Ltd in Zhanglou village after introducing an investment.

The company was invested in by Runfeng Food Co, Ltd in Hunan province, and uses flour, cooking oil and other materials in the production of food snacks. The first phase of the project is under construction. An investment of 1,1500 thousand yuan ($1823.9 thousand) will be put towards the purchasing of production equipment and for infrastructure construction. After completion of the first phase, a set of production equipment will be purchased from the Shanghai Food Automation Machinery Factory and will be brought into operation by late June. It is estimated that the production capacity of the equipment could reach 2,500 tons and realize an annual output value of 20,000 thousand yuan and net profit of about 4,000 thousand yuan.

This project will not only take full advantage of local human and cereal resources, but also will provide more than 300 employment positions for local residents.
