Nanyang will implement a "Year of Promoting Medical Ethics and Medical Style" in the city's health system to effectively strengthen its medical ethics and approach, according to the city's health commission.
Medical and health institutions at all levels in Nanyang (including CDC, the 120 Emergency Command Center, the Supervisory Bureau, the Institute and Central Blood Station) will be covered in the campaign.
The campaign is designed to focus on five aspects: working discipline, service attitude, working efficiency, environment and order and law-based practice.
The problems the inspection will address include non-compliance with work rules, come in late or leave early, absenteeism, cold-handed attitude, weak service consciousness, low satisfaction of the public, delayed treatment, poor hygiene and imperfect infrastructure.
The health care system should carry out diagnostic and therapeutic activities, enforce regulations and standards and prohibit dissemination of false medical advertisements without approval, according to the commission.
