Central China kiwifruit trade fair

Xixia county, near the city of Nanyang, Henan province, will be holding the 2015 Xixia Kiwifruit Industrial Development Seminar and Kiwifruit Trade Fair, Sept 13-14, during the autumn harvest season.

This year's theme is "Promoting for communication, cooperating for development" and the organizers have invited experts, entrepreneurs, e-commerce staff, and sales personnel to come and share their ideas on new methods for promoting sales and development of the fruit and the industry.

Xixia has soil that is well-suited to kiwifruit and has vines growing on 26,000 hectares in the wild that can produce 10,000 tons of kiwi fruit. It also has 7,667 hectares planted in kiwifruit with an annual output of 48,000 tons, putting it in second place in China by area and output.
