The money set aside by the central government as an emergency response fund for flooding and water conservancy repair projects, the Ministry of Finance announced on Thursday. The government has also allocated $27.7 million in subsidies to Guangdong, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangxi, Fujian, Hubei, Chongqing, Guizhou and Anhui.
