The opening ceremony of the Guangxi Nanning Tianying Interactive Cultural Media Company’s new film base, built at the Longtan Grand Canyon National Forest Park in Tian’e county, was held on Jan 29. During the ceremony, the company reached an agreement with the county’s tourism bureau with regards to shooting film scenes in the park.

The Guangxi Nanning Tianying Interactive Cultural Media Company is a comprehensive culture and media enterprise covering the businesses of film producing, graphic advertisement design, 3D animation and brand management to name a few.

Owing to its beautiful surroundings, the Longtan Grand Canyon National Forest Park has been dubbed the name of “primeval forest park floating over the city”. The park, which has forest coverage of 96 percent, is a national-level forest park and a 4A-level scenic spot. In recent years, Longtan Grand Canyon has attracted large quantities of tourists from Guangxi and all over China, especially after the improvement of its infrastructure construction.
