Fangchenggang provides online public security service

Fangchenggang held the opening ceremony for its online public service platform on the afternoon of July 1. The platform allows residents to solve many of their daily problems online.

After ten months, the Fangchenggang public security bureau has unveiled its online platform. The first phase of website framework includes 28 columns in five sections.

Eight of Fangchenggang operating departments such as frontier defense, fire control, public security, traffic police and cyber safety have been connected to the online operating hall. After real-name registration, local residents can deal with affairs and check information on the website http://www.fcgga.gov.cn/.

From August 1, Fangchenggang's online public service management platform will operate comprehensively to carry out online inquiry, reservation and business. When the whole platform is completed, residents will be able to finish most of their business related to public security at home.

The platform also has an interactional function to promote communication between the police and the public.
