The zone boasts excellent infrastructure and public services, and is competitive in various industries, including chemical, renewable energy materials, manufacturing of wind power equipment and bio-medicine.

It aims to expand its area to 20 square kilometers in the next two to three years and grow into a national demonstration park with a circular economy.
