The park focuses on the development of nonferrous metal products, building materials, processing of agricultural and livestock products, as well as warehousing and logistics.

It has a planning area of about 50 square kilometers and it stretches from Jinshan valley in the east to Jianshan valley in the west, and from Daluowan copper mine in the south to Baixianzi of Zhenglu village in the north.
