Russian student pursues model dream in Lanzhou

Aihua smiled and walked with a model's gait along the stage holding her wine elegantly.

Aihua is a Russian student and part-time model in Lanzhou, capital of Gansu province. Aihua is her Chinese name.

She models in her spare time. "Lanzhou has a large demand for foreign models, who can get higher salary than others," said Aihua.

Aihua said she has made many friends as a model and plans to set up a studio with her best Lanzhou friend to help more girls achieve their model dreams.

In terms of what impressed her in Lanzhou, Aihua said she really enjoys Lanzhou food and especially the delicious treats at the Zhengning Road Night Market.

"My biggest problem is to control my appetite and exercise more after eating," Aihua smiled.
