Lanzhou tests its highway services

When the Lanzhou city government, in Gansu province decide that it wanted to improve its highway services and encourage its workers to do their best so it held a competition to check highway services, on Oct 19, and had more than 400 people from all walks of life willing to take part, from armed guards to sanitation workers.
