An office responsible for handling matters regarding the construction of a pilot free trade zone (FTZ) in Pingtan, Fujian province, became operational on Jan 5.
The officials learned about Pingtan's innovation in customs supervision and management measures, and vowed to make more policies pertaining to the FTZ construction.
