As part of Pingtan's first science and technology innovation forum, the salon invited entrepreneur representatives from both Pingtan and Taiwan companies based in Pingtan, as well as experts and scholars.

Qu Xiaohua, deputy director of the bureau of social affairs of the Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone introduced the activity providing a platform for the entrepreneurs from both Pingtan and Taiwan companies to share their experiences and explore innovative entrepreneurship policies.
