Buses
The Jinjiang Public Transport Co has 340 buses, 36 routes over a 605-kilometer network, and 475 staff members. In 2014, its buses travelled 15.31 million km, at 42,000 km/day and carrying 29.03 million people. The company was set up in 1977 as a wholly-owned city government subsidiary.

Jinjiang Long-distance Bus Station
This is a national model and was one of China’s first to provide tickets via the postal system for factories, communities, villages, and hotels, or wherever migrant workers might concentrate.

Railway
The Jinjiang Railway Station is the only freight station along the Fuzhou-Xiamen Line, except for those two cities’ stations, and has two platforms that are 450-meters long and 10.5 m wide.
