The company was established in 1991. It is one of the largest paper-making enterprises, owning several subsidiary manufacturing companies. Its annual output has reached about 450,000 tons of paper, including all kinds of special packing paper and cultural paper.
The company was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 27, 2010. It won the titles of Top 10 Paper Products Manufacturing Enterprises in Good Benefit, National Advanced Foreign Investment Enterprises and Chinese Well-Known Brand.
