The Haixi Cartoon Innovation Park, the Cross-Straits Cultural Innovation Base, the Fuzhou Cartoon and Games Creation Center together with other important cultural innovation bases and centers are all key projects to ensure the goal of realizing the rapid development of the cultural innovation industry in Fuzhou.

Following the market-oriented policy and giving reasonable guidance, Fuzhou government adopts the strategy of creating brands in order to build up a series of innovation enterprises of cartoon and games, that sort of things in the field of culture. At present, the plan to build those innovation bases is being carried on smoothly. The Haixi cartoon innovation park is due to be finished in the year of 2012, worthy RMB 0.5 billion; designed jointly by those experts from both China and U.S., the Cross-Straits cultural innovation base will start its construction work; the second phase of the Fuzhou cartoon and games creation center is being carried on.

At the end of this year, the association of Fuzhou cultural innovation industry will be set up to perfect and enhance the service and information exchanging platform and offer a quite efficient and convenient business environment for all of those cultural innovation companies.
