The China International Fair for Investment and Trade, or the 9•8 match-making this year, is going to attract about 11 projects located in the Cangshan District, the southern part of Fuzhou city, worth 1.541 billion US dollars, 25% higher than that in the previous year.

Business, logistics and exhibition are the major industries involved in this event. Haixita business square, Tesco center in Baihuting and Hongxingbanhua corp., and the like will be located in Cangshan district.

101 Corporation and some other companies from Chinese Taiwan will cooperate with Cangshan to build a business square composed of office buildings, entertainment parks, executive hotels and shopping malls and so on and so forth. TESCO from Britain is going to build the second shopping center, worth RMB 0.5 billion after the Tesco Center in Baihuting.

All those projects will help Cangshan build up its own hospitality industry and enhance the pace to prosperity in the future.
