The 6th PPRD Economic Cooperation Forum opens for new future

With the hope of enhancing cooperation within this region and creating a better future for all, the participants, like government officials, ambassadors, entrepreneurs from enterprises of top 500 home and abroad will make their presences there to celebrate such a big moment in the living history. It has been told the number of participants is going to exceed ten thousand.

At 20:10 Beijing time, the opening ceremony for the 6th PPRD will be held at Fujian Opera Theater. Besides, several symposiums or conferences will be staged there, including the conference between all the administrative officials in pan-pearl river delta region and symposium for traveling within this area and so on.

The history of PPRD Economic Cooperation Forum:

PPRD Economic Cooperation Forum, a great mechanism built up in 2004 to enhance the economic cooperation within this area has been hosted by Guangdong, Sichuan, Yunnan, Hunan, Guangxi provinces and Hong Kong and Macao special administrative region. 15 thousand projects have been listed on the contract and RMB 1,800 billion has been injected in.

The 6th PPRD Economic Cooperation Forum hosted by Fujian province is sure to bear more fruits in the near future.

About PPRD:

PPRD stands for the Pan-Pearl River Delta forum, which is themed on the economic cooperation within the pan-pearl river delta region. Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangxi, Hainan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Hongkong, Macao are the key members of this forum. This forum aims to enhance the cooperation across the Taiwan Straits.
