RMB 26,519 million has been injected into the Gulou business development project to help the matchmaking go smoothly, according to the government of the Gulou district in Fuzhou.

Starbucks, Singapore Petroleum Development Co Ltd. and other international enterprises are going to locate in the Gulou district. Starbucks will locate on Sanfangqigang Business Street, which is an important thoroughfare in Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian province.

About Sanfangqigang Business Street: Located in the center of Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian province, Sanfangqigang Business Street covers an area about 40 hectares in size, facing Bayiqi Street to the east and Tonghu Street to the west. It gained its name from a description of its location.
