To pave a smooth path for the 6th PPRD

The 6th Pan-Pearl River Delta Forum is going to be held in Fuzhou, Fujian province. Cross-Straits economic cooperation will be the theme of the 6th Pan-Pearl River Delta Forum scheduled Aug 27 to Aug 31 in Fuzhou in Fujian province.

To pave a smooth path for the 6th PPRD

To ensure the success of this forum, the Fuzhou municipality is committed to take necessary measures to pave a smooth path for the 6th PPRD. The newly-constructed bridges and roads, like Gushan bridge, Lifu road, Xiazhou road, Nanjiangbin road are likely to improve the traffic conditions in Fuzhou. More than 312 buses will be assigned to serve the people in Fuzhou, which to some extent is helping to relieve the pressure of heavy traffic in the rush hour. More traffic policemen will be sent to ensure the order of traffic flow there.

All the government sections concerned will participate in the work to ensure the security of this forum. Over 500 volunteers are attending the training course in order to serve this forum better.

PPRD stands for the Pan-Pearl River Delta forum, which is themed on the economic cooperation within the pan-pearl river delta region. Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangxi, Hainan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Hongkong, Macao are the key members of this forum. This forum aims to enhance the cooperation across the Taiwan Straits.
