About 29 homestays have been operated and two restaurants have opened in the village.

In 2016, the county received nearly 2.76 million tourists and the tourism generated 2.06 billion yuan ( $310 million) in revenue.

The per capita income of villagers of Beiqi Village reached over 30,000 yuan in 2016.
