Zhang said that it is worth the hard work to see patients discharged from the hospital after recovering. “We work two night shifts a week on average. Our shift is from 8 pm to 10 am the next day,” said the doctor, who is responsible for the wards during his night shifts.

He also deals with emergency issues including receiving and curing emergency patients and applying emergency treatment to patients.
