The fifth chrysanthemum exhibition opened at the West Lake Park in Fuzhou, Fujian province on Nov 3.

The month-long event displays 70,000 pots of chrysanthemum in 1,000 varieties. The exhibition also includes a contest for chrysanthemums grown by local residents.

A man surnamed Qiu said, "I'm grateful that the contest offers flower lovers like us a chance to exchange cultivation techniques."

Voice guides are also available in the park.
