Fuzhou erects memorial wall for soldiers

An inscription is presented by Zhao Yulin, a 99-year-old veteran, during a groundbreaking ceremony of a memorial wall dedicated for those who fought and died in the War of Resistance Against Japan (1937-1945). The ceremony was held in Fuzhou, capital of Fujian province, on July 7, the 78th anniversary of the July 7 Incident in 1937, which marks the start of the war.
