Foreign experts were conferred the Egret Friendship Award in Xiamen |
The results of the "2014 Amazing China - The Most Attractive Chinese Cities for Foreign Talents" survey was recently revealed and Xiamen landed a position on the list for the 5th time.
The top 10 most attractive Chinese cities selected are Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Xiamen and Kunming.
The survey was launched and conducted by the International Talent magazine (Website for the survey: vote.chinajob.com), a prestigious media outlet in the realm of the import of overseas talents and the exchange and cooperation of international talents.
The survey started in June 2014 and ended in December 2014. Nearly 20,000 foreigners participated in the online vote, 33 core judge experts and 1,503 experts participated in the vote and filled out questionnaires.
According to experts, Xiamen was listed on the top 10 cities because of its excellent living environment, talent policies, job & entrepreneurial environment, and public service.
