Domestic flight passengers who will take flights at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport are suggested to pay extra attention as the Terminal 4 building of the airport will be put into service on December 28th, according to the airport authorities.

Starting from December 28th, the T4 building will admit passengers of domestic flights, except domestic flights of Xiamen Airlines, China Southern Airlines and Hebei Airlines.
Passengers who take flights of Xiamen Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Hebei Airlines, as well as passengers of international and Taiwan, Macau, Hong Kong-bound flights will continue checking-in in the T3 building.

It will take about half an hour to travel from the T3 building to the T4 building by shuttle bus, which will be available every 10 minutes, and it will take about an hour to walk from between the two buildings.
Tickets for Airport Express Lines running between the airport and the downtown Xiamen are sold at the exits of the T3 and T4 buildings, and the tickets can be used to board from both buildings.
The airport’s shuttle buses link the airport and downtown areas in Xiamen including Lundu Ferry Terminal, Dongdu Port, Xiamen North Railway Station, Wucun Long-distance Bus Station, Wutong Wharf, Haicang Songyu Wharf, Qianpu and Zengcuoan. It also offers shuttle bus service to Xiamen’s neighboring cities including Jinjiang in Quanzhou City and Zhangzhou City.
How to get to T4:
Take BRT Line 1 or 2 (快1, 快2) and get off at the Jimei Bridge South stop (集美大桥南站). The T4 building is within 300-meter walking distance
