长江商学院是由李嘉诚（海外）基金会捐资创办，拥有独立法人资格的非营利性教育机构，是国务院学位委员会批准的“工商管理硕士授予单位”（含EMBA和MBA），致力于为中国打造一所享誉世界的全球新一代商学院。

长江商学院MBA项目以“为大中华地区培养未来杰出的商界领袖”为目标，项目具有世界一流的师资力量、重点突出的课程设计、强大的同学凝聚力、个性化的职业服务等独特优势。自从2003年正式招生以来，已有5届、近三百名MBA学生从长江毕业，成为中国商业中新的栋梁之才。

长江MBA学习是全日制英文授课，时间为一年，另加五个月论文写作，论文可在离校后工作期间撰写。在为期一年、六个模块的课堂学习中，长江MBA学生必须参加所有必修课程和一定数量的选修课程。课程设置上既有西方先进管理理论，又加入中国新兴市场的商业知识；教学方式上有大量案例分析、讨论和演示。

长江MBA学生的校园生活丰富多彩。除了课堂学习之外，还有拓展训练、小组交流、案例挑战、兴趣社团、高管讲座、招聘论坛、企业拜访、项目实践等很多活动。所有这些使长江MBA学员们在短短一年中，既收获了友谊，又开阔了视野，还提升了能力，日子过得紧张而充实，宝贵经历让他们终生难忘。

长江MBA学员还有机会在课程后期到国外一流商学院交换学习，进一步开阔国际视野。目前与长江合作交换的院校有美国加州伯克利大学商学院、康奈尔大学商学院、弗吉尼亚大学达顿商学院、欧洲西班牙IE商学院、印度商学院等多所商学院，每年约有一半学生参与国际交换学习。长江商学院将为MBA学生提供更多到世界知名商学院学习的机会。

长江MBA在校学生平均年龄29岁，工作年限6年，GMAT成绩680分，有10%以上来自国外。在校期间，职业发展中心向学生们提供全程职业发展专业服务。MBA毕业生主要进入金融、工业和管理咨询等行业，大多数实现了行业和职能转换，并有部分积极创业。长江MBA是国内所有商学院中毕业生平均起薪最高的项目之一。

长江MBA作为与国际接轨的新式独立商学院的项目，在招生方面并不要求申请者参加国内MBA联考，而是参考申请者的GMAT/GRE成绩和工作经验，并通过面试考察申请者的综合素质和商业潜能，做最后录取决定。长江MBA全年多轮滚动式招生，符合条件者需通过长江MBA官方网站申请，并提交相关材料。对通过面试考核并表现非常优秀的录取生，长江MBA将提供相应等级的奖学金给予鼓励和支持。
